  • What’s the first step to getting started?

    Getting started is easy! Just click “Book a Free Class” anywhere on this page to schedule your complimentary session. You’ll get a tour of the gym, meet our coaches, and have a quick chat about your current goals and how we can help.


    We’ll see if we’re a great fit for each other—and if so, we’ll walk you through the next steps. Let’s get you moving!

  • Do you help with nutrition and recovery too?

    Absolutely! We offer guidance to help you fuel your body with the right nutrition and improve recovery through better sleep and lifestyle habits. These are key to boosting your energy, enhancing your performance, and getting the most out of your training.

  • Do I need to be in shape before I join?

    Not at all! Most of our members start their journey right where you are. We begin by assessing your current fitness level so we can tailor your experience to match your needs.


    Every workout is universally scalable—which means there’s a version of each workout designed for every fitness level. As you grow stronger and more confident, you’ll have the option to take on more advanced variations at your own pace.


    Where you start doesn’t matter—what matters is that you start.

  • What sets your gym apart?

  • How often should I work out each week?

    When you first join Wetumpka Training & Fitness, you’ll start seeing improvements within your first 30 days—especially if you stay consistent.


    We recommend starting with 3 classes per week to build momentum while allowing for recovery between sessions. As your body adapts and your fitness improves, you can work your way up to 5 classes per week if you want to maximize your progress.


    Remember: results come from showing up consistently—not from being perfect.

  • What can I expect in a class?

    Each class at Wetumpka Training & Fitness is 60 minutes of expert-led, high-energy training designed to challenge and motivate you—while keeping it fun and fresh.


    Our programming changes daily and is published in advance, so you’ll always know what’s coming. Some days focus on strength training with movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and even Olympic lifts. Other days are geared toward conditioning using rowers, bikes, and bodyweight movements like push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. And sometimes—it’s a little bit of everything!


    Every session includes:


    A guided warm-up to activate the right muscle groups


    A coach-led breakdown of the day’s workout and movement demos


    Real-time coaching and support throughout the workout


    A structured cooldown to promote recovery and reduce injury


    You’ll never train alone—and you’ll always leave feeling stronger.
